General Job Description:

The CMA Generalist works in conjunction with assigned team manager performing in various capacities within the team as needed.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Assist title research during excessively active adoption cycles and for quote requests
  • Buyer for marketplace, wholesaler, and primary supplier purchasing
  • Communications with vendors and logistics (open PO process)
  • Aid buyers in obtaining product for stock out inventory  and dropship process
  • Meet weekly with the CMA team

Skills / Qualifications preferred:

  • Ideal candidates must be organized, able to learn and perform multiple processes, self-motivated, extremely detail oriented and driven to succeed
  • Must be proficient in moderate level computer skills with a working knowledge of MS Office Excel
  • Excellent verbal and oral communication skills required
  • Must be able to work well within a team atmosphere with a willingness to assist various members of the CMA team daily
