Your book order is automatically generated for all classes you are registered for.
Book and rental fees will be billed to your student account. They are payable at your school's business office.

Books will be available to be picked up on campus at the beginning of the semester. Any books for classes you add after your initial pick-up will be sent to you in a secondary shipment.
Yes, hold onto your books and do not ship them back. Your account will be charged the replacement cost indicated on the packing slip you received.

You can contact Customer Service Monday through Friday 9am to 9pm EST at 1.888.392.2930 or submit an online ticket any time. Online tickets will be answered by the next business day.
It is very important that you notify us immediately if you receive a damaged book. If we are not notified, you will be charged for any damage at the end of the semester. To avoid being billed for damage incurred to the book before your possession, a ticket must be submitted within one week of receiving the book. Once TOL has been contacted, we will offer you a replacement copy to insure that you do not get billed for any damages to the book.
Go to portal.kuyper.edu/pages/default.aspx and select "eStudent Portal" under the quick links section. Select "book fulfillment opt in/opt out" under administrative services. Select your preference, then check the box next to "I have read, understand, and accept the "terms of student bookstore account", then select "Save my preference" at the bottom of the page.
A representative will be available on campus during finals week at the end of your semester to collect rented textbooks and buyback any books you own.
Kuyper College has partnered with Tree of Life Books for book fulfillment services. If you have opted out of the book fulfillment program from your student portal page you can view the book list here. Students opt-ed out of the program will be responsible for sourcing their own course materials. If you are opted into the program from your student portal, your books will be automatically fulfilled.
