Tree of Life Bookstores is a privately held company based out of Indiana. We are transforming the higher education course material delivery industry through creative innovation, collaborative relationships, and educational technology. Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the face of TOL to the institution to ensure that business standards are met with a focus on improving and optimizing the customer experience
  • Listen and communicate with clients to ensure that their unique needs are understood and addressed
  • Build strong client relationships to maintain established business partnerships
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to exceed client expectations
  • Partner with the Onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition from new business to an established relationship
  • Collect and analyze data in order to fully understand the changing needs and trends
