Graphic Design – Corporate Office (Full-time)

Will work in conjunction with Director of Marketing, Director of General Merchandise, CEO, and Marketing Team.  The Graphic Designer will be asked to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.  This position will work on a team to design the overall layout and production design for advertisements (digital and print), brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Developing concepts and designing materials including newsletters, invitations, advertisements, store signage, flyers, vouchers, direct mail, postcards, coupons, web layouts, brand solutions, etc.
    • Coordinate, design, craft, and distribute printed media
    • Assisting the marketing and general merchandise team with marketing, brainstorming, and advertising strategies
    • Estimating the time required to complete projects
    • Contributing design artwork and ideas
    • Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
    • Demonstrating illustrative skills
    • Using innovation to redefine a design brief at minimum cost and time
    • Presenting finalized ideas, designs, and concepts
    • Managing and maintaining graphic files, including photos, logos, and art
    • Other duties as assigned

    Education / Qualifications:

    • Minimum college or university diploma in graphic design, digital media, or related field
    • 1-3 years of graphic design experience or related field
    • Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office
    • Web site design knowledge is a plus
    • Video editing skills are a plus
    • Writing and editing skills
