General Job Description:

Our team is growing and we’re looking for a friendly, positive, self-motivated Store Manager to direct our campus stores.  The Store Manager plans, directs, coordinates, and supervises all day-to-day operations of the campus store.  In this position, you will play an important role in managing our team, working with the student population, and contributing to the overall success and profitability of the store.

We are seeking team members who place high value on teamwork, innovation, and character development.  Each team member should have a strong desire to serve our campus as though they were family.  The Store Manager helps integrate these values within the campus store.

The Store Manager needs to have the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations while continuing to be a positive contact for employees and customers.
